Business
Corgi ORCL 2x Daily ETF (Ticker: ORAC) is a U.S.-domiciled, single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to twice (2x) the daily performance of Oracle Corporation’s publicly traded common stock (NYSE: ORCL). The Fund provides exchange-traded leveraged exposure to Oracle, a global enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, cloud applications and database technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas. ORAC is designed primarily for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term tactical exposure to Oracle’s daily share-price movements, rather than long-term investment exposure. The Fund’s principal product is a 2x daily-reset investment vehicle linked to Oracle common stock; it offers leveraged exposure through standard brokerage accounts without requiring investors to establish margin agreements, borrow securities or maintain margin balances. ORAC obtains its exposure principally through total return swap agreements and other financial instruments referencing Oracle, rather than through direct ownership of Oracle shares; it also maintains cash, cash-equivalent and U.S. government money-market investments to support its derivatives strategy. The Fund rebalances daily and concentrates its investments in a single issuer, causing returns for periods longer than one trading day to differ, potentially materially, from twice Oracle’s cumulative return because of daily compounding and market volatility. The Fund charges a 0.45% expense ratio and trades on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. Corgi ORCL 2x Daily ETF was launched on June 30, 2026, representing Corgi’s expansion into single-stock leveraged ETF offerings focused on large-cap technology and enterprise-software companies. As of September 8, 2026, the Fund reported net assets of approximately $839,000, a net asset value of $27.96 per share and a portfolio structured principally around total return swaps providing approximately 2x daily exposure to Oracle. The Fund is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, distributed by Paralel Distributors LLC, custodied by U.S. Bank N.A., and administered and transferred by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.
