Ryo Ogawa
Thank you very much. This is Ogawa speaking, and out of your all the busy schedule, thank you for attending our meeting today.
Now, I would like to begin the full-year earnings call today. To begin with, as a Timee Inc., the stock price is having going down a little bit, and I assume our shareholders, if you already have our shares, and maybe we have not been fully meet your expectations.
Among that, today, I would like to explain the recent movement. We're trying to move gradually to the offense mode.
That would be our key focus today. Beginning, I would like to explain the efforts we're making as a company total, and then Mr.
Yagi will cover more financial figures. As this slide is showing, moving on from defense mode to offense mode.
The preparation period as a company, we have been working on developing new business and a lot of the new challenges. Even among the spot work, although we have a lot of competitors, we also been working on developing the competitive advantages against them.
Having both existing business pillar and the new business pillars, now we started having more consolidated foundations. Now we slowly would like to move on to more offense phase as a company, evolving more.
Today, we would like to cover this part. Moving on to the next page.
Our sales organization, we have about over 800 sales representative nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Each industry vertical, the spot work penetration, and also their understanding of a spot work, and also what would they like to achieve through spot work, their motivation is always different depending on the industries.
We would like to face more hands-on-hand, direct-to-direct to each industry and trying to create the members capable of that. Logistics, retail, food, social care, we're trying to provide more tailored organizational structures to cater these needs, demand different from each industry.
For the large team covering the large client, we're trying to target the companies with a potential to generate ¥100 million monthly in net sales. Those are basically the team dedicated for the large accounts.
Then for the mid-sized companies, we provide a dedicated separate team trying to consolidate our sales process, having maybe 10s, 20s, 30s companies for each sales representative, and creating more touchpoint. For the small company accounts, we have been actually getting a very fruitful result from the utilization of the AIs.
A sales structure for the smaller client never existed before, but now it's there. We have established it, and dedicating a separate organization structure for utilizing the AI, and trying to increase the number of the touchpoint with the clients, and looking at the YoY productivity, through the AI utilization, it has doubled.
Trying to dedicate each large account, mid-size account, and then the small accounts, trying to deepen the relationship more to each industry, and that's will be our further room to grow. Going to the next slide.
What did we do exactly for the AI utilization for the smaller accounts? Precisely speaking, it is a little bit difficult to provide a tailored sales action one by one.
For the Timee, we already have more than 0.2 million companies utilizing our service. We have more and more knowledge about what kind of job postings should be there, how the company should be utilizing it, the name of the companies, all the information for the job listings, creating a draft of the job listing, we have a lot of the foundation like this.
Also we do have the knowledge about the manual creation that could be also achieved by the AI utilization. This can be leveraged by the small accounts as well.
Proposal to the new tasks the companies can utilize the Timee, for example, the case with the supermarket, a lot of the restocking of the items, and the cashier for the check out operation, and many different places, even in the supermarket, they're utilizing the fish segment. The companies that are similar to your business, you can also utilize the Timee for this different new task, is what we're suggesting.
Trying to increase the unit price we can generate from each account utilizing the AI, and increasing the number of job postings is our motivation for this approach. We think utilizing these methodologies, we still have a lot more room to grow among the spot work business.
We would like to expand further by this approach to small to medium companies as well. Talking about the Timee's proprietary data, the Timee's workers, they receive the ratings, whether it was good or bad, and also where did we work.
A lot of different work data has been accumulated in the Timee's. Of course, the perfect attendance, the behavior, not coming late, these are also accumulated as a record.
Because of this, we can create Timee resume. This is just an example of having Mr.
Yagi. He has worked 18 times so far through Timee, and also evaluated as a good worker.
Looking at this review, the people would assume that he is pretty reliable, it's like providing a reference check. Resume itself, we can utilize that, not just to provide a spot work business, but also the new graduate hires, mid-career hires, and long-term part-time in hiring as well, evolving into the total HR platform.
Then, among this, we have been working on evolving our products. Since the beginning of our business, this tab menu, we haven't changed it.
Right now, we are releasing the new tab menu called the Invites. This Invites tab, workers, by working through Timee, they can earn more trust, and based on that trust, they would receive the offers.
To explain more simply, like BizReach, for example, they would start receiving the offer, such as would you like to work for our company? Not just working on the spot work, but Timee would like to support the workers who are working diligently to get other alternative offers through our platform.
At this moment, we also have the new project underway. One is the Timee Career Plus.
This is basically recruitment assistant for the mid-careers. Having one employee introduced, it could be ¥0.8 million as a recruitment fee, and then placing them as a full-time employee.
YoY growth, it's already achieving 3.5 times, very solidly launching already and could be a good contributor to the net sales. Also, hopefully, we are also working on the long-term part-time employment support in order to turn around the YoY growth of the food industry.
We are releasing already in the summer of this fiscal year, and this has been receiving a very good reaction, and we will cover this part later. Timee Career Plus, this is the recruitment support for the mid-career hires.
It might look like labor-intensive industry, but we're providing these three models. The first is having our career advisor model.
This career advisor will be guiding entire process from introducing them to a job openings to accepting the job offer. The new challenge for us is the right-hand, direct recruiting platform.
Everything is concluded in application. The worker would apply to the company's job openings, and then they would finish the entire process up to accepting the job offer.
This is just a trial basis, but we have already placed the couple of 10s, 20s people already placed and accepted the job offers through this. In addition to combining this together with the Invites tab, we would streamline more automated matching using this new support models and the schemes.
Hope you can count on us for the achievement of this. Of course, maybe workers may be a little afraid to do everything on their own.
That's why we provide a hybrid system. Trying to push a little forward by the career advisor, the worker will be feeling more comfortable to accept the job offer.
Trying to increase the productivity double, triple compared to the normal career advisor operation, hopefully combination of these three will be able to achieve further success in our recruitment business. What we're doing here is using the Timee, we would like to offer more opportunities to work.
If you work diligently, the good and bad ratings, the perfect attendance, punctuality, depending on that, we can earn the trust where you can potentially receive more offers from the companies to work more. We're trying to provide more working opportunities to the workers who originally couldn't find these opportunities.
The age of the AI, the robotics, the ways of working, we would have more and more active discussions. Among that, Timee, the 99% of the job postings on our platform is a blue-collar job.
We are facing directly to labor-intensive industry. This is our unique point and the unique business.
We're trying to utilize this core strengths in order to contribute more to the net sales in both existing business and also the new business. This is the end of my explanation, and I moved on to Mr.
Yagi.
Tomoaki Yagi
This is Yagi speaking, and I would like to explain about the irregular six months the period of the fiscal year ending April 2026. This is the six-month, the fiscal year ending April 2026.
This is the summary of the full-year results, the net sales and also the operating profit, and also the profit. Starting with the net sales, compared to the forecast, we actually exceeded, the upper range the limit, it was with the our performances were very positive.
Talking about the operating profit, this is also, we landed at ¥3.8 billion, it also landed within the range. Talking about operating profit margin, in the comparison to the last fiscal year, it was a little bit down, but this is due to the strategic investments we made.
Every quarter we explain about this, but in order to create, the further grow the top line, we are still, at the phase of the preparation period, which also needs a strategic investments. This is the reason why, we see the profit margin like this, but, it still landed within the forecast range, and this is our still original intention.
Talking about the profit of this, full year, and it went a little below the range. This is due to, the the consolidation of the Needer, a South Korean company, which we invested last year.
We recorded the impairment loss, which is ¥0.35 billion. That's why, the profit, went below, the forecast, but due to this special factor.
The, the main part, core business, has been very been very stable. Then we're showing the trend of the net sales and the operating profits.
Due to the change in the fiscal year-end, which was switched from October to April, this year will be six months, which is irregular, but we're here showing trying to show the comparison of the 12 consecutive months, you can see, more easily, to the last, the 12 months results. Right now, we're ending in April 2026, but here we're showing the 12 months starting from May 2025 to April this year, ¥38.8 billion as a net sales, and then operating profit, ¥7.29 billion grew by 25.9% year-over-year.
Both net sales and the operating profit are still sustaining a very great achievement, growth. Talking about the operating profit margin, repeated as just before, we still made a strategic investment, so, we still and landed at the same, the line we originally expected.
Talking about the costs, just like every quarter, we're explaining here in this slide. Strategic investment, especially in the marketing, as you can see in the chart on the left side, as you can see, the worker marketing highlighted in the yellow part, you know.
The second quarter, the comparison with the last the second quarter of the last year, you can see it, the grew by several points. This is due to, the field manager initiative, which is explained on the right hand of this chart.
In order to, the give more, provide more job openings, from the location, this, which had the field manager, we needed to do more worker marketing to support more job openings. Then basically the expansion among the social care, other industries also including this worker marketing, which was active.
The cost of sales, which, the grew by year-over-year, and this is a result of the consolidation of the Timee Solutions, formerly Sukima Works. Then this is the by-service breakdown, of this full-year, six months period of this fiscal year ending April 2026.
Several, the KPIs, by each industry, I would like to show here. Overall, the first quarter was very positive, after making the upward revision, and we still exceeded the upper range of the the revised upward revision.
The momentum is very strong, especially the logistics, retail, they are driving the overall performance, and especially the growth year-over-year, is accelerating quarter-over-quarter. The latest situation, looking at that, we have, the very, the a good confidence that this momentum would continue this year as well.
One this past one or two years, we always seen the challenges in the food industry, we would like to eventually allow them to escape from the negative, the growth. We still have the negative growth, but the decline, the negative margin has been narrowing, you know.
Right now it's standing at -1.5% growth year-over-year. The social care, it's still maintaining growth.
The year-over-year growth, we are able to see the turnover in the first quarter, and then the we also see the acceleration of this year-over-year growth in the second quarter. Our mission is to, the keep this, the growth of the net sales, and we're showing the, results achieved along with this the intention.
Then the total transaction volume and the number of active accounts, the transaction volume per active account are shown here. Not really a huge difference in the trend, but maybe one point I would like to mention is the transaction volume per active accounts.
You see, it's, going, positive right now, turned positive. The transaction volume per active accounts has been, declining, but, we were able to turn it to 6.2% plus, and this was also supported by the number of active accounts and also the unit price from each account.
That's why it's, showing the very good contribution, growth due to these two factors. Especially the logistics, the sector, the the total transaction volume per active account was declining, but it also, turned positive as well.
This is due to the field manager initiative, focusing on the major enterprise account that has a big the potential of the generating net sales. We've been, allocating our sales resources, to this, enterprise accounts in the logistics accounts, and that's why we saw the improvement of the transaction volume per active accounts.
Additionally, we have been working on onboarding reduction projects, which is the field manager initiative. In in addition to that, we also yes.
By doing these initiatives, we like to further accelerate the deepening relationship with the companies. For the Smart Group features, we have this new product, this is a new product that we developed, I like to explain this in brief.
This is for the favorite workers group. In the past, the companies had to do this manually.
However, with the product development capability, they're able to have this automatically visualized. For the requested workers, automatically the group will be created, and the job offers will be made against that group.
By this, the burden for the onboarding will be reduced. On top of that, for the spot workers, the first-timer may come and the people with less experience will come, and those bottlenecks will be largely changed.
Even in spot work, without any burden and also with good experience, we will have these people coming to the offer in the repeated manner. Those will be changing going forward, and that's the explanation of this slide.
Moving on to the retail industry, it's also very brisk, and from the past, the AA transaction volume per AA has been positive Y-on-Y, but for this quarter as well, less than 8% of growth. The AAs as well as the transaction volume per AA has been growing, and that's what we have achieved so far.
Continually for the sub-industries, drugstore is doing well, and in the past, convenience stores, supermarkets, those were the target, but now the sub-industries has been expanded, and we're now able to have those contributing to our sales. Followed by that, we have the social care industry.
We are working to expand this market as well. The active accounts are the gross drivers, about two times of gross are what we have achieved.
For this, the bottleneck for the fill rate is still existing, but the product development is progressing. For the social care industry, we are working on the sales activity as well as the workers expansion as well as the work environment improvement, in all areas, we're putting our resources to try to achieve the high growth.
For the social care industry, I'd like to mention one news. From the past, as we have disclosed, this time with Benesse CareCross, we have this strategic business alliance that we announced.
For the details, as you can see on this slide, both companies have their own assets, and also by putting our know-hows in the social care industry, this spot work is something we can use can be used and accelerated going forward. That's where we put the resources together to try to exploit this market further.
For the detailed alliance between the two companies, Timee introduction support will be made, and implementation support will be made. For the vertical angle, this is the area social care area where there's a long history by Benesse CareCross, we like to use those know-hows and have the implementation support.
Plus, for the workers, we will support the certification and skill development, and also the e-learning service by Benesse will be provided, and that's how we like to provide these services for the workers. We are exploiting today, and we want to further accelerate this approach going forward.
Lastly, for the food industry, as mentioned before, the Y-on-Y minus negative trend is still continuing. However, mostly we are coming close to break-even, and we're having that improvement today.
For this, there's been a negative trend for one year, we are picking out. The cost curving in the food industry is one of the factor why there's a food industry negative performance, but not the Timee cost, but by facing this management and also utilizing the human resource, we'd like to achieve a sales growth as well as the business growth, and we think it's going to be a business tool.
By providing solution proposals to customers, we think Timee can be utilized more, and that's how we'd like to drastically change people's mindset against Timee, and that is happening today. Therefore, together with this, we think the food industry can be improved.
Next is a KPI, which is the fill rate. Without large issue, we are able to maintain at high level.
On a Y-on-Y basis, there's about one percentage point of deterioration on appearance. For Q2, because it's a off-season, normally Q2 is where we have high fill rate.
However, the number of job openings have exceeded our forecast, which is a good news. With that exceeding, we're seeing some decline in the fill rate.
However, we're able to maintain a high fill rate as mentioned, there's no particular issue from our viewpoint. Then as mentioned before, the long-term part-time hiring support plans, as Ogawa-san would like to touch upon that in detail.
Thank you.
Ryo Ogawa
For this, the food industry is working steadily, and this plan is also making a good progress at this moment. We like you to look at the client comments, and that's why we have this slide prepared for you.
In summer this year, including pricing, we like to have official release of this product, or the plans, and already more than 100 stores are utilizing this plan at this moment. Like you can see in this slide, for the hiring support plans, long-term plans, we're able to have many people increasing the number of hires.
Looking at the second from the bottom, the part-time was not gathered in the company before, but once there's this complaint from the field, they're not using the ads, but with the HR department, they discussed, and the price for hiring was increasing, even though you recruit, they're only one or two people who will come to the offer. When we offered this long-term part-time hiring support plan, they were really happy using this plan because they were able to accelerate the hiring in that store.
Timee as a company, we are exactly more than 13 million of workers throughout the nation, and we have this network which is very strong, and once again, we're able to reiterate that, and then also not only the spot work, but also in the recruitment and also the job dispatching and also recruitment in various areas, we would like to expand further. Why in the difficult store to hire people, the job boards cannot hire people, but Timee can?
For the job boards, the popular job openings attract more people, or the hourly wage is what people select. For Timee, it's a first-time, first-served, and the people who have worked there before in the past, they are word-of-mouth left as a record.
Therefore, not only the hourly wage, we can make these decisions on this job, and in fact looking at the work and then working there, and people want to work in these locations after that, there's a low churn. There's no mismatch, and that's also one thing that we're able to be pleased because of such a low churn.
In Timee, we are focusing on existing business, while this data asset is what we're trying to utilize to create various businesses. The stage-gate system is what we are introducing.
This is a Tier 3, Tier 2, Tier 1. We have the different stage gates, and by looking at this, Tier 3 is where one person is creating a business, and AI is utilized while business is created by one person, and then finding the new customer, and then verifying the value.
The verification is done, and then if that is to be expanded or there's a potential for expansion, then they'll be moved up to Tier 2. Then with Tier 2, they can recruit people and they'll be budgeted, and they can hire people.
This has been only less than one year since we introduced, but already many Tier 3 are existing, and then already they are progressed to Tier 2 as mentioned before for the mid-career Career Plus, and also the long-term career plan, and also the contracting outsourcing. These are areas where we are progressing today.
Like this way, the stage-gate system is being managed, and the people, money is allocated, and we like to make sure that we go, and we think that is important for the governance as a company or as a business. Therefore, not only existing business, but also new business, we like to step on the full axle going forward.
Tomoaki Yagi
I like to explain about this slide. This time, as explained earlier in the material, we mentioned about fintech, doing this financial service in Timee, and that's what we have disclosed so far.
This time around, with NTT Docomo and SBI Sumishin Net Bank, we're able to have this business alliance and have a MOU signed for this business alliance in the financial sector. For the Timee's workers, for various people, we like to have these services provided, and that's how we like to have more full-scale considerations going forward.
As mentioned before, Timee platform is where there's a trust data accumulated, and this trust data is where we can utilize in the financial sector as well, and that is the intention. Along with this, in the next month, in July, the financial-related solution is to be done mainly.
We'll be creating Timee Financial going forward. Briefly, I'd like to explain the background of this financial business.
Timee is doing spot work mainly and has been expanding the business, and the workers have also been more than 14 million registered workers, and also 460,000 registered clients today. On a daily basis, we're expanding these numbers.
In that situation, while doing a lot of businesses, the users, especially the workers, receive a same-day pay, and this needs are really high. For the short-term, there's a financial needs, and that's one thing we have reviewed again, and also for the workers, the concern, anxieties they may have with the future, or they want to have a skill increase and they want to increase their skill level, they want to step that and make that challenge, but because of the financial limitations, they're not able to do that.
Those are the many examples we have seen. In that situation, as Timee, we're wondering what we can provide as a service.
As mentioned before, for Timee, as you can see in this slide, we have been able to accumulate over 55 million records of trust data. On the Timee platform, on the annual basis, more than ¥13 billion GMV exists.
We have that touchpoint, a payment touchpoint. Therefore, a new financial service, if we are able to create that, then we think that those restrictions or anxieties can be relieved for the people who cannot step forward and make a challenge.
We can provide these opportunities, and also we can provide a new lifestyle or life opportunities for these people, and that's why we think we have to go ahead providing this financial service. On the other hand, whether Timee can do this all alone, as mentioned, we have this data as Timee, but when it comes to financial area, we don't have a solid foundation, or we don't have necessarily this foundations today.
Also, when it comes to the touchpoint outside of the working environment, we don't have those touchpoints. Therefore, that's why with NTT Docomo and also the SBI Sumishin Net Bank, as shown on the right-hand side, as the lifestyle infrastructure, we have this services.
Then also for the touchpoint, we have the payment, and also the point payment scheme, and also the advanced financial solutions, including BaaS, are provided. Therefore, being together, we think we can provide and make this a service provided to customers or users, and that's why we came to this MOU.
On the short term, we don't think there'll be outcome right away. However, in the mid-to-long term, we like to make this a second tier for our company, and that's how we like to expand this business going forward.
Lastly, I like to move on to the forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2027, mainly around the figures. Fiscal year 2027, April 2027, these are the forecasts we have.
For this time, the first half, year-on-year, we have these numbers in place. For the consolidation, these are on the full-year basis.
You can see the range, ¥47.6 to ¥48.8 [billion?] , for the operating profit, ¥8.8 to ¥9.7 billion.
These are the range we have for the forecast. The majority of this is spot work.
I like to explain the detail scenario for the spot work. Regarding the spot work, the net sales forecast or the idea behind the forecast is shown with the first half and second half separated.
Basically as a company, the will of our company is that we like to make sure that we can maintain the growth rate and also turnaround, and that's the basic mindset. As you can see on the left-hand side, the growth rate is to be maintained, and for the second half, we will have some improvements.
The gray area are shown, but on the year-on-year basis, the sales will be growing. As you can see, the first half, second half will have an increase of this growth rate, and that is what we have factored in this guidance.
In detail, what kind of scenarios do we have? As you can see on the right-hand side, basically on a Y-on-Y basis, the logistics and retail is where we have a growth, and that's the driver.
Without a large deterioration, will be having a stable growth, and that's the idea. Especially for the second half, the social care, as mentioned, the Benesse CareCross strategic alliance will be going forward, and also the other areas.
We are expecting this recovery in the second half. For the upper limit and lower limit, for the upper limit, basically the large clients will be where will be further expanding the business and deepening relationships.
For the retail and food, we'll be having more spot work expansion going forward, and that's the factor that we have included. For the lower scenario, it's not only limited to Timee, but it's a pessimistic scenario based on the Middle East situation.
A sluggish consumer sentiment, and also there's perhaps a logistic restriction, and that will lead to decline in job openings. That's the lower scenario.
The way of looking at the operating expense forecast, basically for the first half, the profit margin is not so high, but in the second half, towards the second half, the profit will be largely improving. For the growth of the profit margin, in the second half, it's quite high growth rate we're expecting, and on a full-year basis, growth rate will be keeping a high level.
Especially for the first half, the left-hand side, the bottom, you can see active strategic investments. The field manager initiative and the social care industry is where we're going to continually invest.
For this, as we make these investments, we think we can have the numbers follow up. Because of that, we are going to make a full investment in these areas.
Then for the industry-wide strategy, we won't explain this again, but for logistics and retail, basically we have a good momentum. The large clients is where we like to deepen relationship, and for each of the industry, we like to provide solutions.
Especially for the food, this summer, the long-term part-time hiring support plans will be introduced in a full swing, so that's how we like to expand more. For the social care, as explained, we'll be improving the fill rate, and also as explained, with Benesse CareCross Career, we like to have a alliance and make sure that we have a speedy approach to expand the social care industry.
Outside of the spot work, the Timee Career Plus and Timee Solutions are shown on this page. For this as well, we are seeing a new business launch.
As Ogawa mentioned before, we have a direct recruiting, we are really focusing our resources, but we like to make sure sales are grown. For Timee Solutions, we have a good synergy.
The contracting business will expand more and more, the top line sales will have a high growth. For the expenditure, we also work with diligent approach and to make sure that top line growth will be made, that's the first approach we are going to prioritize.
Therefore, we will still have a loss booked for this fiscal year. Lastly, for the non-spot work fees, we have the all net sales other than spot work fees is disclosed, and we have shown on this slide.
In the past, the spot work fee and others included the field managers, dispatching fees, as well as the long-term part-time hiring support plans. However, sales are becoming larger today, therefore, like to make sure that non-spot work is where we have a number, and for the spot work, we will have just the spot work fees.
That's how we have changed. That's all for my presentation.
That was the actual business performance and also the strategy, as well as FY 2027 April 2027 forecast. That's all for me.
Now
Ryo Ogawa

Noguchi, please speak up.
Yusuke Noguchi
Hello, this is Noguchi speaking.
Ryo Ogawa
Maybe your volume might be a little small.
Yusuke Noguchi
Can you hear me well now?
Ryo Ogawa
I think we're good. Yes, we can hear you.
Yusuke Noguchi
Maybe one thing, maybe a little small detail, talking about the care sector, especially the total transaction volume. We think it's still the timing, I think the shifts within the transaction volume is also probably big in the margin.
It seems like this is getting better compared to the first quarter, and maybe the bottom was around ¥81,000 per account at the first quarter timing, and are you expecting the transaction volume per account to grow? What do you think when you look at this business model?
Tomoaki Yagi
Thank you very much for your question. The transaction volume per active account in the social care sector.
About this part, originally we were focusing on the enterprise accounts, so that's why this was expanding. That was intentional.
As you said, now we're expanding to other sizes of the accounts, including the small to medium companies, we're expanding our sales actions. Using the BPO sales action, we're utilizing that to provide a matching to the qualified workers, and also something beyond the qualified worker matching, the tasks that don't require qualified workers, such as a general cleaning.
We're expanding the scope of the jobs available for this social care industry. We're trying to break down further to trying to increase the unit price increase in this sector.
Yusuke Noguchi
Thank you very much.
Operator
Arai-san, please go ahead.
Hello, can you hear?
Ryo Ogawa
Yes, we can hear you.
This is Arai from Morgan Stanley MUFG. A couple of questions.
Number one, on page 31, the plan you have shown. For the last fiscal year, or the first and second quarter, the growth rate increased.
However, in the upper scenario, considering this growth, I think the upper scenario is slightly conservative. Is there any risk that you're factoring in the upper scenarios?
That's my question.
Tomoaki Yagi
I like to explain this from Yagi. Yes.
Considering the current trend, we think we might go higher than this. That might be our view point.
However, various situations in the bottom, lower scenario, we talked about the Middle East, but also in the macro environment, there are a lot of uncertainties. Then if we have higher upper scenarios, then in the end we might have a lower number in the end.
That's not even good. We have a certain visibility, but we like to make sure we have a buffer, and that's put in the range in the upper scenario.
For the second half, as you can see, there's a buffer at the bottom, but for the initiative we are taking today, we think those will come to fruition. Once that happens, we have possibility, upside possibility.
Still there are uncertainties, so that's why we have a range, and that's why we have the lower range set as well. For the increase or the growth rate, as you can see, ¥3.7 to ¥4.2 billion, there's an increasing volume increase of the growth rate.
A certain amount is the baseline growth rate we are also expecting. Please also keep that in mind.
Thank you very much. My second question, the long-term part-time hiring support, I think you're feeling a good reaction from customers today.
The image is there's a possibility that spot work will shift to the part-time, and that might lead to a drop in sales, and we think it might be happening. At this moment, what is your view for this situation?
Ryo Ogawa
That's a very important point, exactly. When we look at this business and created this business, we also look at the existing spot work business that might have a drop in revenue.
We did monitoring in all aspects, and on a YoY basis, on a monthly basis, we looked if the spot work offers will be going down or not. As a result, which was surprising to us, we had an increase in the job offers, and those are the results we have also seen.
In total, there's no change. Of course the change or the sizes is changing, but there's a possibility it might change going forward with the size, but it's not changing at this moment.
The reason why is if you sign this plan, the people who are looking for these part-timers will be matched automatically. For the stores, on the monthly basis, maybe the people who have been using five or six times a month, now they're using this 10 times or more because they're using this plan, and they want to hire more people, and that's the direction they're given from HR.
HR has the budget in most companies, and the budget that they have spent for the job boards are being allocated, reallocated to Timee. Separate from Timee budget that they have set initially, they are now increasing these people using Timee.
Then in other stores, the people are hired, but there's people also churn or leave. In the retail or the restaurant or food industry, for example, the peak time is when they want to use Timee.
They don't want to have a fixed cost increase. In the end, like Friday, Saturday, these are the add-on sales for these customers.
Thank you very much. Just addition to this long-term part-time hiring support plans, the previous explanation and also this time in this briefing, I think you feel a good reaction.
On the other hand, I think the release, official release is summer this year, you have a good amount of time for preparation. Is there any area that you want to try to be more careful, you want to do more experiment, any reason because I think you can release this earlier, but is there any reason why you're not pulling forward or you're still having this release in summer?
Ryo Ogawa
The product, how to really refine the product is where we are spending more time today. To be more easier, in the past, Timee search or job hiring is for any people without experience, more than 90%, there was the fill rate.
Today, for this, these are for the long-term part-time who have intention to work over long time, so that means there's a difference in the fill rate. Therefore, if it's not really 60%, 70%, but maybe 75%, how to increase that to 80%, 85%, and also to 90% level as in the past, these are things we are looking and focusing on today.
That's why once we are able to tune, fine-tune that, we like to expand this further, and that's what we're discussing. In the Kanto area, Tokyo area mainly, we are doing the PoC of this service today.
When it comes to full-scale release, 200,000 companies are entirely where we are going to expand to, and then the area will be expanded. We'd like to create the algorithm good in Tokyo, and we have a good reaction today, and also the summer release is already finalized, we have a good visibility on releasing this product in summer.
Yes, thank you very much for that. That's all for me.
Tomoaki Yagi
Thank you very much for the question. Does anybody else have any questions?
Are we good? Does anybody else have any questions?
Everybody good? Thank you, Mr.
Kimura.
Thank you very much. Kimura from Okasan Securities speaking.
I have maybe two questions, a little bit qualitative part. First part is just confirming long-term part-time hiring support plan.
This is for the food and retail industry. Would you think this would have an impact on this fiscal year or the next fiscal year, the net sales trend in these two verticals?
Is it affected on the guidance? What do you think?
Ryo Ogawa
Let me answer from my side. As a basic scenario, the long-term hiring support plan, that it is reflected to the guidance partially, especially in the net sales.
On the other hand, because the full-scale release will be the summer onward, the initial momentum, if it goes really positively, momentum-wise in the initial timing, it would be maybe achieving on the higher side compared to the forecast. On the consolidation basis, it's partially reflected, but depending on the speed and also the demand of the customers, we might have the potentially upside opportunity coming from this.
At the same time, is it going to be the really large impact on the net sales, but in that case, we don't really think so, because the majority of our business is still the spot work. The spot work is the main, and then maybe some upside, the plus or minus, and depending on the impact of this, might be reflected as a general driver as a guidance.
Second point is related to the alliance for the financial-related topics. Maybe could you give us a little more hints about this service that you would like to achieve?
As a base, maybe the workers, the working history records and also their credit scores, would you like to build maybe the loan on top of that, or maybe utilizing the worker marketing campaign utilizing the d POINT of NTT Docomo, trying to achieve better worker marketing efficiency? Do you have any rough image what would you like to achieve with this initiative or the alliance?
Thank you very much.
Tomoaki Yagi
At this moment, we don't really have anything limited. This is the only thing we're doing.
That's not really our case. Maybe just an initial response to your questions, we do have a lot of the possibilities and including what you just pointed out.
As a company total, we would like to utilize our trust data. This is the most valuable data we have, and this is something unique to Timee, and this is probably something that only Timee can achieve.
We can provide more edgy solutions as a business, and trying to leverage this as a competitive advantage, that's our intention. The resource allocation we would like to allocate to this initiative, for the financial sector, it will be more like a BaaS solution, but after that, we can possibly expand to the banking, and the other payment or settlement solution, to more various functionalities.
Banking as a foundation, we are utilizing the partnership NTT Docomo, Sumishin Net Banking, trying to expand further.
Thank you very much. In the end, what are you expecting about the timeline, this will be the actual business?
Tomoaki Yagi
Yes, maybe this is a little bit related to the license thing as well, and this still requires a certain launching, this is not something the short term future like the next quarter. I think this will be a little long-span project that we need to work on, including the schedule.
We would like to firmly work through this in maybe the next upcoming quarters.
Thank you very much.
Ryo Ogawa
Thank you. Are there any other questions?
If there is no additional question, that's all for this financial results briefing for the fiscal year ended April 2026. Thank you so much for your participation today.
Thank you very much.
