- Vector Science and Therapeutics Corp. develops precision localized therapeutic platforms, including biomechanical devices; active transdermal and localized atomized drug delivery systems; peptide-based therapeutics and related manufacturing capabilities; and clinical evidence, commercialization, and distribution infrastructure for musculoskeletal, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, and pain management applications. The company is headquartered in Mequon, Wisconsin, was formed through a reverse takeover of OpenSesame Acquisition Corp. completed on April 23, 2026, and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PAIN.V. Its product and service portfolio centers on VectorMist, a localized atomized drug delivery platform; The LASSO Protocol, a laparoscopic atomization system for sparing opioids; and a peptide portfolio aimed at orthopedic, sports, and regenerative medicine channels, with an emphasis on musculoskeletal conditions, soft tissue injury, and degenerative joint disease including osteoarthritis. The company also indicates development of an integrated platform for orthopedic tissue regeneration using peptides and a transdermal peptide delivery platform, while planning commercialization through a dedicated distributor network and peptide manufacturing operations. Recent corporate developments include a strategic real-world evidence partnership with Caresyntax to support the clinical evidence infrastructure for VectorMist and The LASSO Protocol; the announcement of a distributor network buildout for the peptide portfolio; the filing of a provisional patent application for an integrated orthopedic tissue regeneration platform; and disclosure that peptide manufacturing revenue is expected to begin in August 2026. The company also entered an investor relations agreement with RedChip Companies in August 2026 and reported its first quarterly financial results as a public company after completing its going-public transaction. Vector Science and Therapeutics operates in the medical technology and precision therapeutics segments, targeting clinicians and channels serving orthopedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, and pain management. Public filings and company materials describe the business as focused on site-directed intervention where systemic risks are unacceptable, with operations and investor communications centered in Mequon, Wisconsin.
