Palamina Corp. (TSX-V: PA, OTCQB: PLMNF) is a Toronto-based mineral exploration company incorporated in 2015 that focuses on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold, silver and copper projects primarily in Peru with interests in Mexico; through its wholly-owned subsidiaries Palamina Peru and Palamina Vicus, the company holds seven gold projects in the Puno Orogenic Gold Belt in southeastern Peru including the flagship 100%-owned Usicayos gold project comprising 11,012 hectares and fully permitted for drilling, Gaban gold project also fully permitted for drilling, Sol de Oro zone with ongoing drilling programs reaching up to 3,000 metres, and others such as those in the POGB; Palamina Vicus controls five silver-copper projects including the 100%-owned Galena silver-copper-manganese project in the Santa Lucia district of Puno featuring high-grade quartz veins, copper oxide and potential carbonate replacement deposits with recent expanded soil and subcrop sampling using portable XRF analyzers, Pluma copper-silver project covering 9,800 hectares in northeastern Peru, Ica copper-gold project, and additional silver-copper assets in northeastern and southeastern Peru. The company targets drill discovery in high-grade districts with an experienced Peruvian exploration team boasting 35 cumulative years in Peru supported by proven mine finders and financiers on its board; operations emphasize Peru's Puno region alongside limited Mexican exposure. Recent developments include the completion of a first tranche non-brokered private placement in November 2025 raising $1.6 million through 13.1 million units at $0.125 each for advancing Galena and Usicayos drilling; reclamation of 100% ownership of Gaban gold and Ica copper-gold projects from Winshear Gold in 2025 per 2019 agreement terms with ongoing claim reviews; acquisition of Aurania Resources' Peruvian subsidiary in September 2024 adding the Pluma copper-silver project; resumption of mapping and sampling at Usicayos post-2024/2025 rainy season with revised 2025 drill plans; completion of drone-based magnetic surveys, metallic screening and PhotonAssay programs at Usicayos to address nugget effect; and initial drilling results from six holes in the Sol de Oro zone confirming mineralized shear structures.
