- Pavna Industries Limited manufactures and supplies a diverse range of automotive components primarily for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and off-road vehicles; its core products include ignition switches, fuel tank caps, latches, auto locks, handles, bar switches, oil pumps, chain tensioners, carburettors, throttle bodies, fuel cocks, injection systems, casting components, and aftermarket items such as filters, clutch plates, bearings, wiper blades, and brake shoes. The company serves leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the automobile and agricultural sectors, with aftermarket sales complementing its OEM-focused operations. Founded in 1971 by Shri Pawan Jain and headquartered in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, Pavna Industries operates ultra-modern manufacturing plants in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), Pantnagar (Uttarakhand), Pune (Maharashtra), and Hosur (Tamil Nadu), all certified under IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS standards.
The company maintains a global footprint, exporting to countries including Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Sudan, Taiwan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, while deriving the majority of its revenue from the domestic Indian market.
In recent developments, Pavna Industries signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh on November 24, 2025, committing to a Rs 250 crore investment over 3-5 years for a new manufacturing project expected to create 500 jobs, with state support for permissions, approvals, and incentives. Earlier in 2025, the company acquired its first manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and a 4,335 square meter plot in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, for proprietary component production; it also acquired 1.89 acres near Jewar Airport for expansion and forged a strategic partnership with OLA Electric in April 2025 to supply ignition switches and latches across its Indian units. These moves build on prior expansions, including the 2021 acquisition of subsidiary Pavna Auto Engineering Private Limited and a public issue raising Rs 29.7 crore.
