BondBloxx ETF Trust – BondBloxx Private Credit CLO ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment exposure to the private-credit market through collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Trading on Nasdaq under the ticker PCMM, the fund principally invests in private credit CLO securities backed by interest and principal payments on pools of loans to privately owned middle-market companies, including U.S. and non-U.S. senior secured loans, subordinated corporate loans and privately placed loans. Under normal market conditions, PCMM invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in private credit CLOs. The non-diversified fund offers investors a publicly traded vehicle for accessing private-credit exposure, with ETF liquidity, transparency and operational efficiency; its product offering consists of shares in the actively managed private credit CLO portfolio, portfolio-income distributions and exposure to diversified CLO tranches and underlying private-company loan pools. The fund is sponsored by BondBloxx Investment Management Corporation, a registered investment adviser and fixed-income-focused ETF issuer headquartered in Larkspur, California, and is distributed by Foreside Fund Services LLC. BondBloxx offers fixed-income ETFs across U.S. Treasuries, investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, emerging-markets debt, tax-aware strategies and private credit. PCMM commenced trading in December 2024 and charges a 0.68% net expense ratio. Recent developments include the fund’s recognition as Newcomer Fixed Income ETF of the Year at the 2026 With Intelligence Mutual Fund & ETF Awards in February 2026, reflecting its expansion of ETF-based access to private credit; BondBloxx also marked PCMM’s first anniversary at Nasdaq in January 2026.
