- Petrolympic Ltd. is a Canadian junior natural-resources exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold, lithium, and petroleum and natural gas properties. The Company’s principal activities comprise gold exploration at the Vauquelin-Rayon d’Or property, consisting of 37 contiguous mining claims covering approximately 2,129 hectares in Québec’s Val-d’Or Mining Camp; gold exploration at the Belcourt property in Québec; and gold exploration at the Evangeline Lake property in Ontario’s Sudbury Mining District. Its exploration programs include geological mapping; prospecting and sampling; magnetic, induced-polarization and resistivity geophysical surveys; target generation; and diamond drilling for gold, base-metal and related mineralized structures. Petrolympic has also held lithium exploration interests in Québec, including the Basserode, Fournière, Li-1 and Li-2 properties, and retains a newly staked Li-2 claim package comprising 71 map-designated claims covering approximately 3,735.7 hectares in the James Bay-Eeyou Istchee area. The Company has historical petroleum and natural-gas exploration license interests in Québec, including the Gaspé Peninsula, Lower St. Lawrence and St. Lawrence Lowlands; however, hydrocarbon exploration and production activities on its revoked Québec licenses are not currently being undertaken while legal proceedings concerning the provincial hydrocarbon prohibition continue. Petrolympic was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PCQ and on OTCQX International under PCQRF. Recent developments include completion of a non-brokered private placement in February 2026, raising gross proceeds of CAD415,600 through the issuance of 5,195,000 units at CAD0.08 per unit; the completion of ground magnetic and induced-polarization surveys on the Vauquelin property in March 2026 to identify follow-up drill targets along prospective mineralized structures; an update in June 2026 on the winter exploration program at the Rayon d’Or-Vauquelin property; and the November 2025 and February 2026 staking of additional claims for the Li-2 lithium property. During 2025, the Company elected not to renew the mineral rights associated with its Basserode and Fournière lithium properties and its prior Li-1 and Li-2 properties, while subsequently re-establishing its Li-2 position through new claim staking.
