PepsiCo, Inc. manufactures, markets, distributes and sells branded beverages and convenient foods worldwide. The Company’s beverage portfolio includes carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water, bottled water, sports hydration, energy and functional beverages, ready-to-drink teas and coffee products, beverage concentrates, fountain syrups and SodaStream at-home carbonation systems under brands including Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Starry, Gatorade, Gatorade Zero, Propel, Aquafina, bubly, Rockstar Energy, SodaStream, Poppi and Lipton; its convenient-food portfolio includes potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese-flavored snacks, corn snacks, dips and spreads, popcorn, ready-to-eat snacks, cereal, oatmeal, rice and pasta products under brands including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ruffles, Fritos, Smartfood, PopCorners, Quaker, Sabra and Siete. The Company serves consumers through retail, foodservice, e-commerce, convenience, vending and other distribution channels, and operates through PepsiCo Foods North America, PepsiCo Beverages North America, International Beverages Franchise, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America Foods and Asia Pacific Foods segments. PepsiCo sells products in more than 200 countries and territories and operates company-owned manufacturing, distribution and bottling operations as well as franchise and independent bottler networks. Founded in 1965 through the merger of Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay, Inc., PepsiCo is headquartered in Purchase, New York. Recent strategic developments include the acquisition of the remaining 50% interest in Sabra Dipping Company from Strauss Group in December 2024, making Sabra a wholly owned subsidiary; the 2025 acquisition of prebiotic soda brand Poppi for approximately $1.95 billion; the acquisition of Mexican-American food company Siete Foods for approximately $1.2 billion; launches aimed at functional nutrition, including Doritos Protein and Propel Clear Protein; Poppi’s international expansion into the United Kingdom; and the appointment of Publicis Groupe as its lead global media partner under a data- and AI-enabled One PepsiCo operating model spanning more than 200 markets.
