PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is an Indonesia-based cement manufacturer that produces and sells cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and mortar products primarily under the Tiga Roda, Rajawali, and Semen Grobogan brands; it also engages in related activities including quarrying of trass and building stones, coal mining, paper and cardboard box manufacturing, large-scale trading of cement and construction materials, transportation services, waste management, electrical power generation, and industrial estate development. The company operates 14 owned factories plus two leased factories and one grinding mill across key locations in Citeureup and Cirebon in West Java, Tarjun in South Kalimantan, Grobogan in Central Java, Maros in South Sulawesi, and Banyuwangi in East Java, achieving a total installed cement production capacity of 33.5 million tons per year; it serves domestic markets in Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and Sumatra while targeting construction, infrastructure, and industrial customers with a focus on sustainability through green cement solutions and ESG initiatives. Founded in 1975 through the establishment of PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise and headquartered in Jakarta, the company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1989 under ticker INTP and became a majority subsidiary of Heidelberg Materials AG Heidelberg Materials AG in 2001; recent developments include the 2023 acquisition of PT Semen Grobogan to expand capacity by 2.7 million tons annually, an asset lease agreement with Bosowa Group for additional production facilities, the direct transfer of shares from Birchwood Omnia Ltd. to Heidelberg Materials AG, a 2025 partnership with PT Modula Tiga Dimensi for 3D construction printing technology at its Citeureup hub to advance sustainable building methods, and a memorandum of understanding with Makassar City Government via subsidiary PT Semen Bosowa Maros for refuse-derived fuel utilization to enhance waste management and green energy practices.
