- PGIM Jennison Focused Mid-Cap ETF (PJFM) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term growth of capital by investing at least 80% of its investable assets in equity and equity-related securities of medium-sized companies; the fund employs a combination of fundamental research and systematic portfolio construction and does not seek to replicate the performance of any specified index. The ETF targets global mid-cap companies diversified across industries and sectors, including industrials, financials, consumer discretionary, healthcare, information technology, materials, real estate, utilities, communication services, consumer staples and energy, with top holdings such as Eldorado Gold Corp., Ralph Lauren, NiSource, Wesco International, Lattice Semiconductor, Monolithic Power Systems, Gaming and Leisure Properties, Markel, CBRE Group and Hexcel; it features a net expense ratio of 0.49%, a 12-month turnover ratio of approximately 102% and assets under management of around $15.6 million as of December 2025. Launched on December 14, 2023, and listed on Cboe BZX, PJFM is issued by PGIM ETF Trust, with sub-advisory provided by Jennison Associates LLC, portfolio management led by Jason M. Swiatek, CFA, Head of Small and Mid-Cap Equity, and Jason T. McManus, Managing Director and Quantitative Portfolio Manager; the fund is benchmarked against the Russell Midcap Index and primarily serves institutional and retail investors seeking mid-cap equity exposure. As part of PGIM's expansion into actively managed ETFs, PJFM was launched alongside three other funds—PGIM Jennison International Opportunities ETF (PJIO), PGIM Jennison Better Future ETF (PJBF) and PGIM Short Duration High Yield ETF (PSH)—in December 2023, marking a strategic initiative by PGIM, the $1.2 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., to broaden its ETF offerings. The fund maintains a neutral Morningstar Medalist Rating based on its process and people pillars, with its parent PGIM ranked #4 in Barron’s Best Fund Families for the one-year period ended December 31, 2024; no significant acquisitions, funding rounds, partnerships or major strategic shifts have been reported in the last two years. Headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, PGIM operates globally with a focus on U.S. and international mid-cap equities.
