- ProAm Explorations Corporation operates as a Canadian junior mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, evaluation and advancement of gold exploration properties. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-optioned Golden Ridge Gold Project in western New Brunswick, Canada, which comprises a large-scale gold-in-soil geochemical and electromagnetic anomaly and is the focus of its exploration, geological interpretation, target generation and future drilling activities. Its services and activities include mineral-property acquisition and optioning; geological mapping; geochemical and geophysical data review; structural geology analysis; reconnaissance and field exploration; exploration-target delineation; drilling-program design and development-stage project planning. ProAm also has legacy exploration and evaluation assets in Canada and the United States, including the Samuel Lake property near Atikokan, Ontario; the Jet property in Elko County, Nevada; and mineral claims in Utah, as well as interests in producing oil and natural-gas wells in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Alberta. The Company was incorporated in 1970 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In 2026, ProAm strategically shifted its operational emphasis toward advancing Golden Ridge: it entered into an option arrangement to acquire a 100% interest in the project, subject to a retained 2% net smelter return royalty with an option to repurchase 1% for $2.5 million; filed an independent NI 43-101 technical report; engaged Terrane Geoscience Inc. for a structural review and exploration gap analysis; expanded its Golden Ridge land position through additional claim staking; appointed Robin Adair as technical director for New Brunswick operations; and announced a Phase 1 exploration program scheduled to commence in October 2026 to generate and rank drill-ready gold targets by year-end. The Company also completed a private placement in April 2026, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $246,750 to support project funding and corporate activities.
