PGIM Rock ETF Trust – PGIM S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer 10 ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide exposure to the price return of the State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, commonly known as SPY, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 10% of SPY losses, before fees and expenses, over successive approximate three-month target outcome periods. The Fund employs an options-based strategy, principally using FLEX Options on SPY and collateral investments, to establish and reset its quarterly upside cap and downside buffer. It is designed for investors seeking U.S. large-cap equity-market participation with defined, limited protection against initial market declines in exchange for capped upside potential.
The Fund is a series of PGIM Rock ETF Trust, a U.S.-domiciled management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, and is managed by PGIM Investments LLC, the investment-management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. Its products and services consist of exchange-traded investment exposure through a structured-outcome strategy; SPY-linked FLEX Options and other option contracts; cash and money-market collateral instruments; and quarterly target-outcome portfolios intended to provide capped gains and a 10% buffer against losses during each applicable outcome period. PQX is listed on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker PQX, carries CUSIP 69420N486, and has an October 31 fiscal year-end. PGIM Investments LLC is headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, and provides investment-management products and services to individual and institutional investors in the United States and internationally.
PGIM S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer 10 ETF commenced operations on June 30, 2026 and began trading on July 1, 2026. Its principal recent strategic development is its launch as part of PGIM’s expansion of its buffer ETF platform into quarterly outcome-period strategies. PGIM introduced PQX alongside the PGIM S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer 5 ETF, PGIM S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer 15 ETF and PGIM S&P 500 Quarterly Buffer 20 ETF, broadening the firm’s structured-outcome ETF offerings to provide investors with alternative levels of downside buffers—5%, 10%, 15% and 20%—and new approximately three-month reset periods.
