Business
PreVu, Inc. (PRVU) operates as a specialty retailer of leather outerwear, apparel, and accessories through physical stores primarily in the United States. The company offers men's and women's fashion leather jackets, coats, handbags, belts, gloves, wallets, shoes, and related accessories; it targets fashion-conscious consumers seeking premium leather goods at accessible prices. Founded in 1899 as part of the Berman brothers' fur and hides business in Minneapolis and headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota, PreVu maintains a legacy connection to the Wilsons Leather brand, which it formerly operated before selling the name, website, and outlet stores to G-III Apparel Group in 2008 amid a restructuring that included mall store liquidations. Geographically, operations focus on the US with historical presence in Canada and select international markets. In November 2025, PreVu was acquired by reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE), an AI-powered real estate technology company, to integrate its assets into reAlpha's expanding digital homebuying platform, marking a strategic pivot from retail to supporting real estate services across multiple states including California, New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
