- Pacer Funds Trust – Pacer S&P 500 3AI Top 100 ETF is a United States-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the total return performance of the S&P 500 3AI Top 100 Index. The fund provides rules-based exposure to 100 large-capitalization U.S. equities selected from the S&P 500 Index based on the highest 3AI Alpha Intelligence Scores, which represent proprietary forecasts of expected 12-month excess returns relative to a global equity universe. The index is compiled, maintained and calculated by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC and incorporates machine-learning-derived scores supplied by 3AI. The fund generally uses full replication, investing all or substantially all of its assets in index constituents in approximately the same weights as the index; constituent weights are based on standardized scores, subject to a 4.5% maximum individual-security weight and a 40% maximum sector weight, and the index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. Its underlying portfolio principally offers exposure to U.S. large-cap companies across sectors, with notable potential exposure to information technology and consumer discretionary companies. Shares trade on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker PSAI and are available to retail and institutional investors through broker-dealers in the secondary market; creation and redemption activity is conducted in large Creation Unit blocks by authorized participants. Pacer Advisors, Inc. serves as investment adviser, while Pacer Financial, Inc., an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, acts as distributor. In May 2026, Pacer ETFs launched PSAI alongside the Pacer S&P World 3AI Top 300 ETF, expanding its thematic and rules-based ETF lineup through a strategic collaboration with 3AI and S&P Dow Jones Indices.
