The bank refreshed its corporate visual identity across physical and digital channels to modernize its market presence. Strategically, HBL executed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) to enhance capital market custodian solutions and margin trading, partnered with the Sindh Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) to deliver subsidized credit programs for SMEs, and collaborated with Visa to launch the Women SMB Digitization Index to foster financial inclusion. Regionally, the bank expanded its cross-border settlement capabilities by introducing Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) trade clearing and account facilities across select international branches.
