In February 2026, the High Court of Sindh formally sanctioned the scheme of arrangement merging GEM-listed Supernet Limited into Supernet Technologies Limited, establishing STL as the primary consolidated operating and publicly listed technology vehicle on the PSX Main Board. Telecard Limited subsequently expanded its equity ownership in Supernet Technologies Limited to maintain majority controlling interest, supporting capitalization and rights issues to fund domestic ICT expansion, managed cloud adoption, defense communication modernization, and regional service growth across the Middle East through Phoenix Global FZE.
