Following this strategic restructuring, the company amended its principal line of business to consumer electronics manufacturing, officially adopted the name Waves Home Appliances Limited in August 2022, and trades on the Pakistan Stock Exchange under the symbol WAVESAPP. In recent corporate developments, Waves Home Appliances Limited executed a 56 percent rights issue to augment equity capitalization, support working capital requirements, and fund operational expansions, while continuing to broaden its energy-efficient DC inverter appliance lineup and optimize its supply chain and assembly infrastructure.
