Business
Zephyr Textiles Limited is a Pakistan-based textile manufacturing company engaged in the production and export of premium yarns, woven fabrics, and home textile products. The company operates integrated production facilities and offers a diverse product portfolio comprising combed, carded, and blended cotton yarns; greige, piece-dyed, and yarn-dyed woven fabrics, including poplins, twills, satins, dobbies, stretch textiles, and premium shirting fabrics; and terry towel products, including bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath sheets, bathrobes, bath mats, pool towels, and customized institutional linens designed for the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Zephyr Textiles serves commercial apparel manufacturers, retail brands, and institutional clients across domestic and international markets, exporting extensively to North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, the company maintains primary manufacturing operations in Kasur District, Punjab. In recent developments, Zephyr Textiles has implemented balancing, modernization, and replacement initiatives across its weaving and finishing divisions to enhance productivity, optimize loom efficiency, and expand high-margin specialty shirting and terry lines. The company has also accelerated its transition to sustainable manufacturing by commissioning and expanding on-site rooftop solar photovoltaic generation systems and waste-heat recovery mechanisms to reduce energy costs and environmental impact, alongside achieving and renewing international sustainability accreditations, including OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Global Organic Textile Standard, and Global Recycled Standard, to support expanding supply contracts with European and North American retail and institutional buyers.
