Pacer Trendpilot International ETF (PTIN) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Trendpilot International Index. The index employs a proprietary, rules-based trend-following methodology that alternates exposure between the S&P Developed Ex-US Large Cap Index (USD) and 3-Month US Treasury Bills based on three indicators: the Equity Indicator for 100% equity exposure when the benchmark closes above its 200-day simple moving average for five consecutive business days; the 50/50 Indicator for split exposure when below the moving average; and the T-Bill Indicator for full T-Bill allocation during prolonged downtrends, with an Extreme Valuation Trigger activating a 50/50 position if 20% below the moving average. The fund provides investors with systematic international equity exposure focused on developed markets excluding the US, including large-cap stocks across sectors such as financials, industrials, and consumer discretionary, targeting institutional and retail investors seeking trend-protected foreign large blend strategies; it operates primarily in US-listed markets with underlying holdings in regions like Eurozone (approximately 27%), Japan (22%), and Europe ex-Euro (12%). PTIN was launched on May 2, 2019, and is issued by Pacer ETFs, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In April 2025, the fund's Extreme Valuation Trigger was modified at market open on April 16 to refine its defensive positioning rules.
