- PolarX Limited (ASX:PXX) is an Australian-based mineral exploration and development company focused on high-grade copper, gold and silver projects in the United States. In recent developments, PolarX entered into a binding agreement in August 2025 with Northern Star Resources Ltd, enabling Northern Star to earn up to 70% interest in an incorporated joint venture over the Alaska Range Project through staged cash contributions totaling up to US$39 million over five years to fund exploration, resource expansion and a prefeasibility study, subject to shareholder approval obtained in November 2025; secured a US$2 million interest-free loan from Northern Star in June 2025 to initiate the 2025 Alaska Range resource expansion drilling program; increased its interest in Caribou Dome to 81.94% through a mining venture following completion of agreed work programs ahead of the 2025 field season; launched an airborne geophysical survey over Caribou Dome in June 2025; commenced trading on the OTCQB market in the United States in November 2025 to enhance US investor access; and staked new claims at Humboldt Range in October 2025 while awaiting assay results from recent drilling.
