AllianzIM International Equity Buffer15 ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund launched on March 31, 2026, and operated as a series of AIM ETF Products Trust. The Fund seeks, over successive three-month outcome periods, to provide returns corresponding to the share-price performance of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, up to a predetermined cap, while seeking to buffer the first 15% of losses in the reference ETF before fees and expenses. Its core investment activities include acquiring and managing customized exchange-traded Flexible Exchange Options linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF; providing developed international equity exposure across Europe, Australasia and the Far East; delivering defined-outcome, capped-upside and buffered-downside investment exposure; and resetting its cap and buffer parameters quarterly. The Fund does not invest directly in the reference ETF and is designed primarily for financial advisers, retail investors and institutional investors seeking risk-managed exposure to non-U.S. developed-market equities. Allianz Investment Management LLC, the Fund’s investment adviser, is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, which is part of Allianz SE of Munich, Germany. AllianzIM specializes in risk-managed investment strategies and uses a proprietary in-house hedging platform across Allianz affiliates. In April 2026, AllianzIM expanded its buffered ETF range by launching QBIF alongside seven other defined-outcome ETF strategies, including funds linked to U.S. large-cap, Nasdaq-100, small-cap and international-equity reference assets; QBIF introduced a quarterly-reset international-equity strategy offering 1:1 upside participation in the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF up to a cap and a 15% downside buffer over each three-month outcome period.
