AllianzIM Growth-100 Buffer5 ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks, over successive three-month outcome periods, to match the share-price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, up to a predetermined cap while buffering the first 5% of QQQ losses, before fees and expenses. The fund provides capped 1:1 upside participation in Nasdaq-100-related equity exposure; quarterly-reset downside protection and upside caps; exposure structured through exchange-traded FLEX options issued and guaranteed for settlement by The Options Clearing Corporation; and access to large-cap, growth-oriented, technology-sensitive U.S. and international non-financial companies represented by QQQ. The fund does not invest directly in QQQ and may not capture QQQ dividends; losses beyond the 5% buffer are generally borne by shareholders, and target outcomes depend on holding shares for the full quarterly outcome period. AllianzIM Growth-100 Buffer5 ETF commenced operations in March 2026 and is advised by Allianz Investment Management LLC, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based registered investment adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America, itself part of Allianz Group; Foreside Fund Services, LLC serves as distributor. AllianzIM specializes in risk-management strategies and defined-outcome ETFs for institutional and retail investors, using a proprietary hedging platform deployed across Allianz affiliates. In April 2026, AllianzIM launched QBQV as one of seven new quarterly-reset buffered ETF strategies, expanding its Buffered ETF suite across U.S. large-cap, Nasdaq-100, small-cap and developed international-equity reference exposures; the launch represented a strategic expansion of the firm’s risk-managed ETF offering alongside a new international uncapped buffered ETF.
