Corgi Growth & Technology 10% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Corgi ETF Trust I and advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC. The fund seeks to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price return, excluding dividends, of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 10% of losses of the reference ETF over an approximately one-year outcome period. The fund principally uses exchange-traded FLEX Options on Invesco QQQ Trust, together with cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury securities, rather than holding portfolio stocks directly. It provides investors with defined-outcome exposure to large-cap growth and technology companies represented by the Nasdaq-100 Index through QQQ; capped upside participation; a stated 10% downside buffer before fees and expenses; annual outcome-period resets; and intraday liquidity through exchange-traded shares. The fund’s initial outcome period runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, during which the gross upside cap is 23.00% and the net cap is 22.70%, reflecting the fund’s unitary management fee. The downside buffer and upside cap apply only as intended to shareholders that purchase at the beginning of and hold shares through the full outcome period; the buffer is not principal protection, losses beyond the buffer remain possible, and investors transacting during the outcome period may realize materially different outcomes. QJL commenced operations and was listed on Cboe BZX Exchange on July 2, 2026, as part of Corgi’s launch of nine July Series Structured Buffer ETFs. The fund carries a 0.40% gross expense ratio and a 0.30% net expense ratio, following a 0.10% contractual advisory-fee waiver. Corgi, founded in 2025 and headquartered in New York, New York, is an AI financial-infrastructure company developing insurance and investment products; Paralel Distributors, LLC serves as distributor.
