Corgi Growth & Technology 10% Structured Buffer ETF – June Series is a U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund, sponsored by Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, that seeks to provide investment returns generally corresponding to the price performance, excluding dividends, of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 10% of QQQ losses over an annual outcome period. The Fund uses a FLEX Options-based portfolio structure, including purchased and written call and put options on QQQ, together with cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury-related holdings; it does not generally hold individual equity securities directly. Its June Series outcome period runs annually from June 1 through May 31, with the current period extending from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027; the cap for the current outcome period is 21.90% before fund fees and expenses, and the downside buffer applies only to the first 10% of QQQ losses for investors holding shares throughout the full outcome period. The Fund principally serves investors seeking defined-outcome exposure to large-cap growth and technology-oriented U.S. equities represented by QQQ, combining capped upside participation with limited downside protection. QJN commenced operations and began trading on Cboe BZX Exchange on June 2, 2026, as part of Corgi’s June 2026 launch of nine structured-buffer exchange-traded products, including companion 15% buffer and sector-focused offerings. Corgi, founded in 2025, is an ETF sponsor offering low-fee thematic, actively managed, leveraged and structured-buffer ETFs designed to provide access to disruptive investment themes and defined-outcome strategies; the firm’s website does not publicly specify its headquarters location.
