Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, which tracks large-cap growth and technology-oriented companies in the Nasdaq-100 Index, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to buffer the first 15.00% of reference-asset losses during each annual outcome period, before fund fees and expenses. The fund principally uses FLEX options linked to the Invesco QQQ Trust and may hold U.S. Treasury securities, cash, cash equivalents, and money-market instruments as collateral and for liquidity management; it does not seek to hold a portfolio of individual Nasdaq-100 constituent equities directly. The fund’s strategy is designed for investors seeking defined-outcome exposure to U.S. growth, technology, communication services, consumer cyclical and other sectors represented by QQQ, with capped upside potential and downside protection limited to the stated buffer; losses beyond the buffer remain subject to market risk. The July Series resets its upside cap and 15.00% downside buffer annually, with the current outcome period running from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series trades under the ticker QQJL and is issued within the Corgi ETF Trust I/Corgi Funds platform; it has a stated net expense ratio of 0.30%. The fund was launched on July 1, 2026, as part of Corgi’s July-series structured-buffer ETF rollout, which included nine structured-buffer ETFs and was listed on Cboe BZX. Corgi’s launch of QQJL represents an expansion into defined-outcome, options-based ETFs offering QQQ-linked growth and technology exposure with an annual 15% loss buffer and a predetermined upside cap.
