Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF – May Series is an actively managed, exchange-traded structured-outcome fund sponsored by Corgi Funds and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC. The fund seeks to provide investors with price-return exposure to the Invesco QQQ Trust, a Nasdaq-100-focused exchange-traded fund, up to a predetermined upside cap while cushioning the first 15% of losses in the reference asset during each annual outcome period. The ETF employs exchange-traded FLEX options, U.S. Treasury securities and cash-equivalent investments to establish its defined-outcome profile; it does not seek to replicate an index and excludes dividends from its stated QQQ return objective. QQMY’s current outcome period runs from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, after which the fund resets its cap and downside buffer for a new annual period. The fund charges a 0.30% expense ratio and targets investors seeking concentrated U.S. growth and technology exposure with capped upside participation and a predefined degree of downside protection. Corgi Funds, founded in 2025, is a U.S.-focused ETF sponsor that develops thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income exchange-traded funds for a broad range of investors. Its recent strategic expansion includes the rollout of a broad structured-buffer ETF platform, including QQMY and related monthly-series growth-and-technology buffer funds, which combine Nasdaq-100 exposure with annual 15% or 10% downside-buffer structures and option-based portfolio construction.
