Business
Ferrari N.V. designs, engineers, produces and sells luxury performance sports cars; provides spare parts, engines, after-sales, repair, maintenance and restoration services; and licenses its brand to producers and retailers of luxury and lifestyle goods worldwide. The company offers a range of high-performance vehicles including mid-engine berlinettas and spiders such as the 296 GTB and 296 GTS; plug-in hybrid supercars like the SF90 Stradale and SF90 Spider; its first four-door, four-seater model, the Purosangue; track-focused and one-off special projects; as well as engines supplied to external clients including Maserati. Ferrari N.V. operates through a selective global dealer network with extensive personalization programs such as Tailor Made, serves high-net-worth individuals and performance enthusiasts, and maintains a strong presence in motorsport including Formula One via Scuderia Ferrari. Founded in 1939 by Enzo Ferrari with road car production starting in 1947, the company is headquartered in Maranello, Italy, and became fully independent from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2016 following its listing on the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Milan. Recent developments include the renewal of its multi-year partnership with Shell effective January 1, 2026, covering Scuderia Ferrari HP, the Ferrari Hypercar and the Ferrari Challenge Series; ongoing execution of its multi-year share buyback program of approximately Euro 2 billion announced in 2022 Capital Markets Day, with the eighth tranche of up to Euro 360 million launched in July 2025 and periodic repurchases continuing into December 2025; and updated long-term guidance through 2030 emphasizing growth via high-value sports cars, expanded product mix, new launches and electric vehicle plans unveiled at its 2025 Capital Markets Day.
