Business
Corgi RDDT 2x Daily ETF is an actively managed, U.S.-domiciled single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund, established on July 14, 2026, and organized as a series of Corgi ETF Trust I. The Fund seeks, before fees and expenses, daily investment results corresponding to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Reddit, Inc. (NYSE: RDDT), and is designed for short-term, actively monitored trading rather than for investment periods exceeding one trading day. The Fund provides investors with exchange-traded, leveraged exposure to Reddit through standard brokerage accounts without requiring a margin agreement, borrowing or margin calls; it resets and rebalances its exposure daily, meaning returns over periods longer than one day may differ materially from two times Reddit’s cumulative return because of daily compounding and volatility. Corgi RDDT 2x Daily ETF principally obtains its targeted exposure through total-return swap agreements and other financial instruments rather than direct ownership of Reddit common stock; it may also hold cash, cash equivalents and U.S. government money-market instruments for collateral, liquidity and operational purposes. The Fund charges a 0.45% expense ratio, trades under ticker RDDC on Cboe BZX Exchange, and has U.S. dollar as its base currency. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as investment adviser; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor; U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian; U.S. Bancorp Fund Services serves as administrator and transfer agent; and Tait Weller serves as auditor. The Fund, Trust and adviser are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. The principal recent development is the Fund’s launch and exchange listing on July 14, 2026, expanding Corgi’s single-stock leveraged ETF lineup with a product providing 2x daily exposure to Reddit, a U.S.-based online-community and digital-advertising platform operator.
