Reitmans (Canada) Limited is a leading Canadian specialty apparel retailer focused on women's and men's fashion, operating approximately 390 stores across the country under three distinct banners: Reitmans, offering contemporary women's clothing including tops, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, coats, jackets, blazers, denim, Hyba Activewear, lingerie, shoes and accessories; PENN. Penningtons, specializing in plus-size women's apparel from sizes 14 to 32 across similar categories; and RW&CO., providing modern menswear and womenswear with refined essentials crafted from elevated materials emphasizing quality, comfort and style. Founded in 1926 by Herman and Sarah Reitman and headquartered at 250 Sauvé Street West in Montreal, Quebec, the company serves customers through its physical retail locations primarily in malls and power centers nationwide, complemented by e-commerce channels accessible via its websites, with a vertically integrated model encompassing design, sourcing and distribution. In recent developments, Reitmans (Canada) Limited completed the implementation of SDI Element Logic's modernized SORTRAK inventory management system at its Montreal distribution center in fiscal 2025, replacing six sorters originally installed in 1996 to enhance operational efficiency; closed Thyme Maternity and RCL Market operations in January 2025 to streamline its portfolio; launched a Normal Course Issuer Bid in August 2025 approved by the TSX Venture Exchange to repurchase up to 3,700,472 Class A non-voting shares; and announced a new five-year strategy targeting $1 billion in annual net revenues by fiscal 2030 through accelerated brand growth, modernization investments exceeding $100 million, and high-performance initiatives, while reporting fiscal 2025 net revenues of $794.7 million, gross profit margins up 200 basis points to 56.2%, and a debt-free balance sheet with $158.1 million in cash.
