- REV Exploration Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of mineral properties and helium and natural hydrogen projects in Canada and the United States, with a focus on Western Canada, Montana and Northern Quebec. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company operates through the exploration and strategic monetization of property interests, including gold, helium, natural hydrogen and other critical minerals. Its core portfolio includes the drill-ready Aden Dome natural hydrogen and helium project in southeast Alberta; the West Butte helium project in Montana; and Quebec gold assets in the Chibougamau region, including the JMW property and other northern Quebec claims. The company also holds a strategic equity position in MAX Power Mining Corp., adding exposure to natural hydrogen development in Saskatchewan. In recent periods, REV has undergone a strategic rebranding and shift in focus, including the monetization of its Quebec gold assets through an agreement to sell its Chibougamau-area mining claims to Major Gold Corp. while concentrating on helium and natural hydrogen opportunities. The company has also completed its largest financing to date, a C$5.8 million private placement led by Eric Sprott, and later reported ongoing drilling preparation and high-resolution 3D seismic interpretation at West Butte, which identified multiple high-priority helium drill targets.
