Business
Reyna Gold Corp. Reyna Gold Corp. is a Canada-based gold exploration company focused on district-scale discoveries within Mexico's major gold belts, including the Mojave-Sonora Megashear and Sierra Madre Occidental; its principal activities encompass the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties prospective for gold, silver, and copper mineralization. Core assets include the 24,215-hectare La Gloria project situated in the Mojave-Sonora Megashear in Sonora, Mexico; the 24,629-hectare El Durazno project in the Sierra Madre Occidental Gold and Silver Belt in Durango, Mexico; the 4,485-hectare La Centella property in Sonora, Mexico; the 3,917-hectare Don Porfirio property targeting low-sulfidation Au-Ag deposits in Sonora, Mexico; and a joint option to earn up to a 70% interest in the 10,300-hectare Gryphon Summit project, a Carlin-style and CRD prospect in Eureka County, Nevada, USA, through expenditures of US$9.5 million, cash payments of US$1.1 million, and share issuances by October 2025. The company, founded in 2018 and headquartered at 325 Howe Street, Suite 410, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, primarily targets junior mining investors and operates exploration programs across Mexico and the United States. In October 2024, Reyna Gold Corp. completed a plan of arrangement whereby it became a subsidiary of Reyna Silver Corp. through the acquisition of all its issued shares, consolidating portfolios to enhance capital access for ongoing exploration including drilling at Gryphon Summit; this followed amendments to the Gryphon option agreement and recent drilling results such as 7.85 meters grading 3.95 g/t gold and 30.6 meters at 0.51 g/t gold at La Gloria, advancing target definition across its 57,000-hectare Mexican land package.
