Business
Relevant Gold Corp. is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, discovery and development of district-scale, orogenic gold projects in Wyoming, United States. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping; geochemical and geophysical surveying; surface sampling; trenching; target generation; diamond drilling; mineral-rights acquisition and maintenance; and evaluation of gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead and other precious and base-metal occurrences. Relevant Gold holds a 100% interest in five principal exploration project areas across the South Pass Gold Camp and the Bradley Peak Gold Camp in west-central Wyoming, collectively covering more than 50,000 acres: the Golden Buffalo Gold Project; Lewiston Gold Project; Shield-Carissa Property; Windy Flats Property; and Bradley Peak Property. Its exploration strategy targets Archean, shear-hosted lode-gold mineralization considered geologically analogous to gold systems in Canada’s Abitibi-Wawa greenstone belts. Relevant Gold’s projects include high-grade gold targets and associated silver, copper, zinc and lead mineralization, with the Golden Buffalo and Lewiston properties forming key components of its South Pass land position and Bradley Peak representing its principal Seminoe Mountains project area. The Company is incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In 2026, Relevant Gold completed a non-brokered strategic private placement that raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$12.1 million, with Kinross Gold Corp. and William G. Bollinger participating as strategic investors and each maintaining an approximately 19.9% ownership interest following the closing; the financing supports what the Company describes as its largest drilling program to date. The Company subsequently commenced a 5,000-metre oriented diamond-drilling program at the Burr target zone within its Lewiston Project and continues to advance data-driven exploration, including work on newly identified orogenic shear structures and high-grade gold-silver-copper target areas in the South Pass Gold Camp.
