Russell Investments Exchange Traded Funds – Russell Investments Global Equity ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital growth through a globally diversified portfolio of publicly traded equity securities. The Fund, which commenced operations on May 29, 2025, is a series of Russell Investments Exchange Traded Funds, a Delaware statutory trust headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and trades on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker RGLO. Russell Investment Management, LLC serves as investment adviser and oversees investment advisory, portfolio-management and manager-selection activities through a multi-manager investment structure. The Fund principally invests in common stocks, preferred stocks and depositary receipts of companies economically tied to countries worldwide, including the United States; large- and medium-capitalization securities generally within the capitalization range of companies represented by the MSCI World Index; and, to a lesser extent, small-capitalization securities. It maintains a non-fundamental policy to invest at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. RGLO offers global equity exposure across sectors, countries and market capitalizations through active security selection, fundamental and quantitative research, portfolio construction, risk management and the allocation of mandates to affiliated and unaffiliated specialist money managers. The Fund may invest in companies and countries not included in the MSCI World Index and may use derivatives, including futures and foreign-exchange forwards, for investment and portfolio-management purposes. RGLO is marketed to individual investors, financial advisers, registered investment advisers, wealth-management platforms and institutional investors seeking a single actively managed global-equity vehicle with multi-manager implementation. Fund shares are bought and sold in the secondary market, while creation and redemption activity occurs in large creation-unit blocks at net asset value through authorized participants. The Fund is distributed by Foreside Fund Services, LLC. Major recent developments include the October 1, 2025 renaming of the Global Equity Active ETF as the Russell Investments Global Equity ETF. In 2026, Russell Investments expanded its multi-manager ETF platform through the launches of the Russell Investments Global Real Estate ETF and Russell Investments Core Plus Bond ETF, which began trading in June 2026. In July 2026, an investor consortium led by B Capital and including the California Public Employees’ Retirement System agreed to acquire Russell Investments, including Russell Investment Management, LLC, from TA Associates and Reverence Capital; the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and is not expected to materially alter the Funds’ day-to-day management. In connection with the proposed ownership change, the Trust’s Board approved a proposed replacement investment-advisory agreement with Russell Investment Management, LLC, subject to shareholder approval, on terms that do not exceed the current advisory-fee arrangements.
