Incorporated in 1983 and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India, Rico Auto Industries operates primarily in the automotive sector, serving two-wheeler, three-wheeler, passenger car and commercial vehicle customers as well as system suppliers, with approximately 79% of business from the domestic market and presence in the USA and UK. Recent developments include the acquisition of 12.31 acres of leasehold land at SIPCOT Industrial Park in Shoolagiri, Hosur, for 99 years in May 2024 to establish an industrial unit focused on expansion for south India-based automotive OEMs; strengthened ties with Maruti Suzuki and Toyota, alongside new programs with GKN commencing in FY25, supporting projected 15% revenue growth for FY25 following a sales decline in FY24.
