Principal Exchange-Traded Funds – Principal Inflation Protection ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, exchange-traded fixed-income fund that seeks to provide current income and, secondarily, capital appreciation during periods of rising U.S. inflation. Trading on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker RIZE, the fund invests primarily in inflation-protected securities, including U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) across varying maturities; it may also use derivatives, including futures and swaps, to obtain or manage inflation-sensitive fixed-income exposure. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in inflation-protected securities. Its portfolio is concentrated in U.S. government and government-related inflation-linked debt, serving investors seeking to address inflation risk within a fixed-income allocation. RIZE is advised and co-managed by Principal Global Investors, LLC, a Principal Asset Management business, and is sponsored by Principal Financial Services, Inc.; service providers include State Street Bank and Trust Company as administrator and custodian and ALPS Distributors, Inc. as distributor. The fund was formed on May 21, 2026, is headquartered administratively through its Principal Asset Management operations in Des Moines, Iowa, and is offered to U.S. retail and institutional investors. Principal Asset Management launched RIZE in June 2026 as part of its Principal Fit fixed-income ETF suite, alongside Principal Ultra-Short Active Income ETF, Principal Core Bond Active ETF, Principal Government & Agency ETF, and Principal Diversified Income ETF, expanding its ETF platform with more targeted tools for interest-rate, credit, income and inflation-risk positioning.
