Business
Rank Progress S.A. invests in, develops, rents, and sells commercial real estate properties primarily in Poland. The company specializes in large-scale shopping and service centers, shopping parks, and galleries located in small- and medium-sized cities; residential developments such as modern apartments; office buildings; and production-warehouse facilities with logistics and component storage services. It also acquires land and provides consulting, management, leasing, and construction oversight for global retail operators including Castorama, OBI, Leroy Merlin, Carrefour, H&M, and Agata Meble. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Legnica, Poland, with an office in Warsaw, Rank Progress operates through segments including property leasing, property sales, waste management, and retail-entertainment activities, employing 39 people under CEO Jan Mroczka. In 2025, the company reported preliminary financial results for the first half of the year, entered into a new investment credit agreement, and continues expanding into residential and industrial segments with over 60 completed investments.
