Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company maintains diversified holdings, including approximately 66% indirect ownership of Wolf Energy Services Inc. and 70% of White River Energy Corp., with primary operations focused on the U.S. market. Formerly known as BitNile Metaverse, Inc., it changed its name and ticker to ROI (now ROII) in November 2023 to reflect its expanded technology focus.
