Business
Revival Gold Inc. (TSXV:RVG) operates as a gold exploration and development company focused on advancing precious metals projects in the western United States. The company holds 100% interests in the Mercur Gold Project in Utah, featuring oxide heap leach resources suitable for potential redevelopment; the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project in Idaho, where it advances mine permitting preparations, ongoing exploration, and development studies including a preliminary economic assessment; and the Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project in Utah. Revival Gold was founded in 2008 as a restructured entity from Strata Minerals Inc. and maintains headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with an exploration office in Salmon, Idaho. In 2024, the company completed the acquisition of Ensign Minerals Corp. in an all-stock deal valued at C$21.9 million, adding the Mercur project and expanding its total inferred gold resources to approximately 6.2 million ounces; in 2025, it secured strategic placements including C$29 million in equity financing from EMR Capital and Dundee Corporation to fund extensive drilling programs totaling 50,000 feet across Mercur and Beartrack-Arnett, filed an NI 43-101 preliminary economic assessment for Mercur, reported positive metallurgical results and ongoing shallow oxide gold intercepts at Mercur, restructured Beartrack earn-in terms, entered a marketing services agreement, and appointed key executives including Scott Trebilcock as VP Corporate Development.
