The Company was founded on October 17, 2006, was formerly known as Jiulian Resources Inc. until its November 2020 name change, and is headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Recent operational developments include the closing in March 2026 of a C$4.2 million non-brokered private placement, which funded advancement of Pedra Branca, and the subsequent mobilization and execution of an approximately C$3.0 million, 5,000-metre Phase III diamond-drilling program across Queimadas, Mirador and Igrejinha. The program incorporates induced-polarization/resistivity geophysical surveying to identify sulphide-bearing structures and deeper mineralized zones, with the Company reporting survey results indicating a potentially large, stacked mineral system at Pedra Branca. In September 2026, South Atlantic announced a proposed additional non-brokered private placement of up to C$4.0 million and a proposed C$500,000 shares-for-debt settlement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, intended to preserve working capital, strengthen its balance sheet and support continued exploration of Pedra Branca.
