Formerly known as Schibsted ASA, it rebranded from Schibsted Marketplaces to Vend Marketplaces ASA in May 2025 following the prior separation from Schibsted Media in June 2024; in September 2025 signed a binding agreement to sell its financial services marketplace Lendo Group, including Compricer and Mybanker, to Clar Global AB for an enterprise value of approximately NOK 1 billion with completion expected in Q1 2026; launched its sale process for the Delivery segment in Q3 2025; initiated multiple share buyback programmes including a new one in Q4 2025 and earlier tenders up to NOK 1 billion per share class; and expanded dealer packages in Mobility to Sweden in February 2026 while harmonizing models in Denmark to pay-per-ad.
