Business
ETF Series Solutions – Bahl & Gaynor Small Cap Dividend ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund, traded on NYSE Arca under the ticker SCDV, that seeks long-term growth of dividend income, downside protection relative to the broader equity market, and total return. The fund invests primarily in dividend-paying, U.S.-listed equity securities of small-capitalization companies and, under normal conditions, invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of issuers that have paid a dividend during the preceding 12 calendar months. Its investment universe includes common stocks of U.S. companies; American depositary receipts representing foreign equity securities; and real estate investment trusts. Bahl & Gaynor, Inc. serves as investment adviser and applies a bottom-up fundamental process that evaluates earnings and dividend-growth histories, balance sheets, cash-flow generation, competitive positioning, valuations, capital-allocation practices, and prospects for future cash flow and dividends. The adviser generally emphasizes companies it considers to have durable business models, competitive advantages, reasonable valuations, and sound capital-allocation policies, and may sell holdings following unacceptable dividend reductions, deteriorating company fundamentals or management, portfolio-weight considerations, or identification of more attractive opportunities. The fund may have significant exposure to particular sectors as a result of security selection; industrials, financials, and information technology represented significant portions of assets as of March 31, 2026. Shares are available to investors through secondary-market transactions at market prices, while creation and redemption activity occurs at net asset value in Creation Units through authorized participants. The fund was launched in December 2024, is a series of ETF Series Solutions, and is advised by Bahl & Gaynor, Inc., headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio; ETF Series Solutions is organized in Delaware and maintains offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Recent developments include the fund’s December 2024 launch as Bahl & Gaynor expanded its active ETF offering, its inclusion in the adviser’s April 30, 2026 consolidated prospectus alongside the Bahl & Gaynor Dividend ETF, Income Growth ETF, and Small/Mid Cap Income Growth ETF, and the continuation of its distribution arrangement through Quasar Distributors, LLC.
