Corgi U.S. Small-Cap 15% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is a U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund, organized as a series of Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies LLC, that seeks capped exposure to the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM), a U.S. small-cap equity ETF. The fund provides a structured-outcome investment strategy through a portfolio of customized exchange-traded FLEX options on IWM, including purchased call options, purchased put options, written call options and written put options, together with cash and cash equivalents, including U.S. Treasury securities; it does not hold IWM shares or individual small-cap stocks directly. The fund is designed to absorb the first 15.00% of IWM losses over each annual outcome period, before fees and expenses, while limiting participation in IWM price appreciation to a predetermined upside cap. For the July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 outcome period, the fund’s stated pre-fee upside cap is 19.55%; losses in excess of the 15.00% buffer remain exposed to investors. The fund resets its options portfolio, buffer and upside cap annually, and investors purchasing or selling shares outside an outcome period may experience outcomes that differ materially from the stated buffer and cap. SCJL principally serves investors, advisers and institutions seeking defined-risk U.S. small-cap equity exposure through a listed ETF structure. The fund commenced operations in July 2026 and represents a recent expansion of Corgi’s structured-buffer ETF platform, which includes series linked to U.S. equities, growth and technology equities, international developed equities, emerging-market equities and U.S. small-cap equities. Corgi Strategies LLC is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
