Corgi U.S. Small-Cap 15% Structured Buffer ETF - June Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund launched and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, and issued through Corgi ETF Trust I. The Fund seeks to provide investors with the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of losses in the reference ETF during each approximately one-year outcome period. It principally uses FLEX Options linked to the iShares Russell 2000 ETF and invests at least 80% of net assets in investments providing exposure to that ETF; its strategy is designed to provide defined-outcome exposure to U.S. small-cap equities, combining capped appreciation potential with a stated downside buffer. The Fund is listed on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker SCJN, carries a 0.30% net expense ratio, and is intended for investors seeking small-cap equity-market participation with structured risk-management characteristics. The current outcome period runs from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with an upside cap of 19.59% before fees and expenses and a 15% buffer against declines in the iShares Russell 2000 ETF’s price return. SCJN commenced operations on June 1, 2026 and began trading on June 2, 2026 as part of Corgi’s June 2026 launch of a group of structured-buffer ETF series. Corgi, founded in 2025, develops low-fee exchange-traded funds spanning thematic, leveraged and defined-outcome strategies, including products targeting artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, genomics and precision medicine, beauty and aesthetics, data and surveillance, fintech infrastructure, and geographically focused equity themes.
