Corgi U.S. Small-Cap 15% Structured Buffer ETF – May Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide, over annual outcome periods beginning each May 1, investment returns that generally correspond to the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, subject to an upside cap and a 15% downside buffer. The fund employs a structured-options strategy principally involving exchange-traded FLEX Options on the iShares Russell 2000 ETF and may hold U.S. Treasury securities, cash and cash equivalents, and money-market instruments as collateral and for liquidity management. SCMY provides U.S. small-cap equity-market exposure through the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, while seeking to absorb the first 15% of reference-asset losses before fees and expenses; investors remain exposed on a one-for-one basis to losses exceeding the buffer. The fund does not seek to capture dividends paid by the reference asset and is designed for investors seeking defined-outcome exposure to U.S. small-cap equities rather than direct ownership of underlying portfolio companies. The current outcome period runs from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 and has an 18.00% upside cap before fund fees and expenses. SCMY is a series of Corgi ETF Trust I, is advised by Corgi Strategies LLC, is domiciled in the United States, and trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker SCMY. The fund was launched in May 2026 as part of Corgi’s initial suite of nine structured-buffer ETFs spanning U.S. broad-market, technology, small-cap, health care, international developed-market and emerging-market reference exposures; as a newly organized fund, it has limited operating history.
