Sterling Capital Ultra Short Bond ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide current income and competitive total return through investments in an ultra-short-duration fixed-income portfolio. The Fund, traded on Nasdaq under the ticker SCUB, normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed-income securities; its investment products include U.S. Treasury securities and bills; investment-grade and other corporate bonds; asset-backed securities; commercial mortgage-backed securities; residential mortgage-backed securities; collateralized loan obligations; bank obligations; repurchase agreements; money-market instruments; and other debt securities. The Fund employs an ultra-short maturity and duration strategy intended to generate income while limiting sensitivity to interest-rate movements, and uses the ICE BofA 0-1 Year U.S. Treasury Index as its benchmark. Its shares are offered to U.S. retail and institutional investors through the U.S. exchange-traded fund market. The Fund is advised by Sterling Capital Management LLC, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based investment manager, and is organized as a series of Sterling Capital Funds. SCUB commenced ETF operations on March 30, 2026, following the reorganization of the Sterling Capital Ultra Short Bond Fund, an open-end mutual fund, into the Sterling Capital Ultra Short Bond ETF; the mutual fund ceased operations before the close of business on March 27, 2026. The reorganization represented the Fund’s principal recent strategic change and did not introduce substantive changes to its investment objective, investment strategy, or investment risk profile.
