Business
NL Development Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based general construction contractor providing comprehensive turnkey construction, civil engineering, and architectural services for public and private sector clients throughout Thailand. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, the company delivers integrated project solutions spanning structural construction, architectural finishing, and specialized building systems. The company's core service offerings encompass healthcare facility construction, including general hospitals, specialized medical centers, sterile clean rooms, surgical suites, and medical gas piping systems; commercial and institutional building construction, including corporate headquarters, educational facilities, university buildings, government complexes, and retail centers; residential property construction, including high-rise condominiums, low-rise residential developments, staff dormitories, and housing estates; industrial facility construction, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics centers, and utility substations; and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services, comprising electrical power distribution, telecommunications networks, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, sanitary systems, fire safety and suppression systems, and interior renovation works. In February 2024, the company completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker symbol NL, utilizing the capital raised to procure advanced construction equipment and heavy machinery, upgrade digital project management software, and bolster operational working capital to expand its bidding capacity for large-scale, high-margin healthcare and institutional infrastructure projects.
