- Seva Mining Corp. is a Canadian precious-metals exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold mineral properties, principally through its wholly owned Cameron Gold Project in the Kenora Mining District of northwestern Ontario, near Sioux Narrows. The Company’s principal asset comprises patented and unpatented mining claims, licences of occupation and mining leases hosting gold mineralization; its activities include geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical surveys, diamond drilling, mineral-resource estimation, mine-development evaluation, permitting and environmental stewardship, Indigenous and community engagement, infrastructure development, and assessment of potential toll-milling and direct-shipping-ore development alternatives. Cameron hosts an NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, effective February 26, 2026, of 515,000 ounces of measured and indicated gold resources and 740,000 ounces of inferred gold resources, reported separately; the project also includes a historically sampled mineralized stockpile, existing camp facilities, road access and nearby power infrastructure. The Company targets resource expansion at the Cameron, Dubenski, East Cedartree, Dogpaw and McLennan zones and is evaluating a planned 25,000-metre drill program and preliminary economic assessment activities. Seva Mining operates in Canada and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Incorporated in British Columbia in 1993, the Company was formerly known as Oronova Energy Inc. and adopted the Seva Mining Corp. name in March 2026 in connection with its acquisition of Cameron Gold, a wholly owned subsidiary holding a 100% interest in the Cameron Gold Project, from First Mining Gold Corp. Seva Mining is a Fiore Group member company, with First Mining Gold holding a significant equity interest and Fiore Group-affiliated investors also holding a material ownership position. Recent developments include the March 2026 completion of the Cameron Gold acquisition and corporate reorganization, commencement in July 2026 of upgrades and maintenance to the approximately 22-kilometre Cameron access road in partnership with Misun Integrated Resource Management Company, and June 2026 board and governance changes, including the appointment of James Sabala as Chair and the election of President and Chief Executive Officer Ranj Pillai as a director; the Company also engaged Orbiton Financial to provide investor-relations and market-awareness services as it advances Cameron and pursues regional growth opportunities.
