- Safi Silver Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of silver, copper and polymetallic mineral properties in Africa, principally Morocco and Namibia. The Company’s principal assets comprise the Addana Project in Tata Province, southern Morocco, a 112-square-kilometre exploration property targeting structurally controlled silver- and lead-bearing polymetallic vein systems across approximately 40 kilometres of strike; and the Silver Hill Project in the Anti-Atlas region of Morocco, a 16-square-kilometre early-stage copper-silver exploration property with historical drilling and mineralization open along strike and at depth. Safi Silver also holds the Kalahari Copperbelt Project, a copper-silver exploration property in Namibia’s Khomas and Omaheke regions. The Company conducts geological mapping, sampling, drilling, target generation, resource delineation and related mineral exploration activities, with its Moroccan operations centered on the prospective Anti-Atlas belt. Safi Silver is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and traces its corporate origins to 2014. Formerly known as Trigon Metals Inc., the Company completed a vertical amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary and changed its name to Safi Silver Corp. effective April 1, 2026, reflecting its strategic transition toward Moroccan silver and base-metal exploration following the divestiture of its Kombat Mine interests in Namibia. In 2026, the Company commenced its inaugural 12-hole, 2,100-metre drill program at Addana; completed the final 625,000-share consideration issuance to the vendors of the Silver Hill Project in August 2026; received the second US$3 million quarterly payment from Horizon Corporation Limited under the sale of its Kombat Mine interest in July 2026; and repriced certain common-share purchase warrants while implementing management and governance changes aligned with its exploration-led strategy.
