Business
Versalink Holdings Limited is a Singapore-listed investment holding company engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing, and global export of office furniture and workspace solutions. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, with its public listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX: 40N), the company operates primarily across two business segments: Domestic and Export. The company serves a diverse client base comprising corporate enterprises, financial institutions, government bodies, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, hospitality providers, and international commercial partners. The company manufactures and markets proprietary workspace collections under its core Versalink and Victoria brand names, while also delivering customized original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) solutions. Its extensive product portfolio includes modular workstation systems, open-plan benching, and panel-based desking systems; height-adjustable and ergonomic sit-stand desks; executive desking suites, conference tables, and boardroom furnishings; ergonomic task seating, executive managerial chairs, conference seating, and visitor chairs; collaborative soft seating, modular lounge suites, breakout sofas, and cafeteria furniture; mobile pedestals, lateral filing cabinets, credenzas, storage towers, and metal shelving systems; acoustic privacy pods, sound-dampening architectural screens, and phone booths; and custom architectural millwork and joinery. Beyond hardware manufacturing, the company provides comprehensive workspace planning, interior layout design, project management, and global supply chain fulfillment services. Versalink carries out manufacturing and supply operations primarily through its main operating subsidiary, Jemaramas Jaya Sdn. Bhd., alongside entities such as Versalink Marketing Sdn. Bhd., Versalink System Sdn. Bhd., and Versalink Technology Sdn. Bhd. The group operates integrated production facilities in Malaysia equipped with computer numerical control machinery and automated fabrication technologies. The company exports its products to more than 40 countries across the Asia-Pacific region, North America, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Australasia. In recent operational and strategic developments, Versalink has expanded its product portfolio to address the rise of agile and hybrid office environments, introducing modular acoustic booths, flexible collaborative divider systems, and integrated smart desking platforms. The company has continued to upgrade its manufacturing infrastructure with automated machinery and digital production tracking to enhance manufacturing precision, shorten turnaround times, and mitigate labor constraints. To advance corporate sustainability and reduce operational expenditure, Versalink implemented solar photovoltaic energy systems across its primary production facilities in Malaysia. Additionally, the company has actively rationalized and strengthened its global distribution networks and OEM/ODM manufacturing partnerships across key export markets in North America and Southeast Asia.
