Business
TOTM Technologies Limited provides end-to-end digital identity management, biometric authentication, and digital public infrastructure solutions to government agencies, financial institutions, telecommunication providers, and commercial enterprises worldwide. Incorporated in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore, the company is listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange under the ticker SGX: 42F. Operating internationally with key business presence in Singapore, Indonesia, India, and the United States, TOTM Technologies delivers its solutions through specialized subsidiaries, including International Biometrics Pte. Ltd. (InterBio), GenesisPro Pte. Ltd., and its venture-building arm, TOTM Labs. The company was originally incorporated as CMC Infocomm Limited and later operated as Yinda Infocomm Limited before adopting its current corporate identity to reflect a complete strategic transition into biometrics, identity verification, and digital infrastructure. The company's product and service offerings encompass NIST-tested multimodal biometric technologies and digital onboarding suites, comprising TOTM ABIS, an enterprise-grade automated biometric identification system utilizing facial, fingerprint, and iris recognition for large-scale civil registries, public safety, and national identity administration; BIOCHECK, an optimized 1:1 identity verification and electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) solution designed for remote customer onboarding and commercial authentication; BIOCODE, a cryptographic data storage technology enabling secure, offline biometric authentication on mobile devices; Contactless Capture and Watch, an optical image acquisition and intelligent video analytics platform providing real-time watchlist screening, access management, and demographic monitoring; IDora, a modular identity credential management and digital onboarding platform; GenesisPro passive liveness detection and anti-spoofing software; automated border control and gate access solutions; and specialized systems integration, infrastructure consultancy, software customization, and technical maintenance services for nationwide biometric databases. TOTM Technologies caters to multiple industry sectors, including public administration, border control, homeland security, banking, fintech, healthcare, and telecommunications. The company serves as the foundational technology provider and systems integrator for Indonesia's national identity card program (e-KTP), supporting biometric data lifecycle management for approximately 200 million citizens. In recent corporate and strategic developments, TOTM Technologies has advanced its commercial expansion across the Asia-Pacific region while pivoting into frontier technologies. The group expanded its enterprise offering through TOTM Labs with the rollout of TOTM.AI, an artificial intelligence platform focused on digital workforce collaboration. In 2026, its Indonesian subsidiary was awarded an annual technical support contract valued at IDR 79.1 billion (approximately 6.08 million Singapore dollars) for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Indonesia's national identity ecosystem. The group has also pursued regional growth through strategic cross-border agreements, including a Memorandum of Understanding with PILA Group Joint Stock Company and a Letter of Intent with KORIKA to explore AI-integrated identity solutions. To strengthen its financial position and accelerate operational initiatives, the company completed a private placement in May 2026, issuing 220.52 million new ordinary shares to raise approximately 5.5 million Singapore dollars in net proceeds, alongside executing senior leadership appointments to guide its ongoing business expansion.
